It was great that students from Richard Lander School were able to escape hectic end of term activities and visit Cornwall's Regimental Museum in Bodmin as part of Heart of Conflict.Major Hugo White gave a highly informative and moving account of the Battle of the Somme, really bringing the subject alive - as did the display at the Museum, in particular the guns which students had a chance to lift and handle.
